The lady working at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming! She assigned us a room on the 5th floor overlooking the Olentangy River. Cute walking path along the river just outside of the door. The room had a full kitchenette with a island eating table, a family room with couch, 2 queen beds, a very spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. Breakfast was also included in the nightly rate. It is close to many things to do in Columbus and close to OSU campus. We felt like we totally hit the hotel jackpot with our stay. Featuring an inviting outdoor patio, the full-service H Bar offers libations including local craft distilled spirits and beers.

Very colorful and fully equipped for a multi night stay if needed. Great breakfast and I loved the late check out! The location was close to a lot of things.

The hotel’s bar, breakfast area, pantry, gym, and pool are all located on the first floor near the front desk. This is typical of most Hyatt House properties. The hotel room was beautiful with a view, room and hotel clean, comfortable bed, pool and gym were functioning well, front desk was polite, the layout of the hotel was nice, staff were nice. The location is pretty amazing, right near the OSU campus. The breakfast is great too, since it's complimentary and offers a lot of options.
